The Opportunity?

Work with us to develop the core Jiny SDK. The Core Jiny SDK integrates with the customers’ apps and could potentially be used by millions of end-users and hundred of businesses in the next couple of year for seamless onboarding and contextual support.

As an iOS Engineer, you will build new impactful features and experiences for the next billion users around the globe. You would get the opportunity to impact the future direction of the product/engineering in a significant way and help us build the larger team.

Your Role?
  • Build new features and APIs for our iOS SDK, collaborating with other engineers on your team to produce simple and operationally sound software
  • Develop technical plans and contribute to our technical architecture as we grow
  • Design and document APIs that allow thousands of developers to seamlessly integrate Jiny into their mobile apps
  • Own the technical bar for the iOS SDK, from enforcing best practices to unit testing to CI and our release process
  • Ship early and often. We at Jiny care about agility as much as we care for scalability and availability.
  • Grow your team’s capacity by mentoring other engineers and interviewing candidates. This is a chance to be an integral part of building and growing a team
  • Skills required?
  • 3+ years of industry experience in an iOS engineering role
  • Knowledge of Swift, iOS APIs and design patterns
  • 2+ years of experience in building native iOS apps or SDKs
  • Knowledge of Javascript.
  • Experience in collaborating directly with product teams and designers, and a proven track record of delivering value to customers or users.
  • Good sense of aesthetics and you should enjoy building pixel perfect UI

    Work with us to develop our Jiny REST Services with monitoring dashboards. Core Jiny SDK integrates with the customers’ apps and could potentially be used by millions of end-users and hundred of businesses in the next couple of year for seamless onboarding and contextual support. Jiny also provides cloud-based editor console to customers for creating and customizing Jiny’s guidance on their apps. This requires a super smooth, fault-tolerant backend services to function. This is an opportunity to help shape the fundamentals for the future of mobile onboarding and support experiences.

    Your Role?
  • This is more than a technical role, you’ll be a creative product and technical contributor. You’ll use your experience to inform our engineering process and decisions when building new features and ensuring scalability and availability of the entire platform.
  • You’ll be part of our product teams which are multidisciplinary with design, frontend and backend engineering combined. Our most effective people work across design and implementation, making the right technology decisions to build the best product and making scalable backend services.
  • Skills required?
  • 5+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role(preferably JAVA)
  • Experience in building Robust and scalable REST applications(Preferably Dropwizard/Springs)
  • Knowledge of scalable backend architectures and impact analysis of the same
  • Knowledge of tuning and making improvements in large-scale distributed systems

    Jiny is on a mission to revolutionize digital adoption for the next billion and advance the masses to the digital age. Jiny’s Bharat assistant is being adopted by the largest enterprises in India to drive customer growth, transactions, and product adoption in Bharat.

    As the Marketing lead, you'll lead the entire Marketing Charter for Jiny, including Content marketing and product marketing. Given that Jiny is creating a new product category in the market, you'll work on establishing this new category through customer and market education while establsihing Jiny as the thought leader in the Next billion user space.

    Your Role?
  • Own the entire digital marketing charter for brand Jiny.
  • Think strategic and tactical. Strategize and roll up your sleeves to execute.
  • Put together & execute the marketing strategy as it should apply to digital and social media. That will mean identifying and evaluating channels, devising strategies for each channel and measuring the performance of campaigns via ROI calculations.
  • Skills required?
  • Previous experience of having implemented and managed marketing automation platforms, lead engagement, nurturing
  • Solid track record of having driven organic keyword ranking results (SEO)
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends)
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant, hands-on experience in Inbound marketing, SEO.
  • Strong analytical bent of mind
  • Strong creative and brand leanings
  • Prior experience of executing brand campaigns is preferable but not mandatory
  • We need someone who can collaborate with us in building an aspirational vision for the brand
